IPN co-organizes DMCI Homes Launch in the West Coast USA

           

DMCI Homes, Inc., embarks on a project launch with the IPN team on October 1, 2006 at Westin Horton Plaza ,910 Broadway Circle, San Diego, CA, Oct. 4 at South Coast Casino Hotel 9777 Las Vegas South , Las Vegas, Oct. 6 at The Doubletree Hotel, 2 Civic Plaza Drive,  Carson CA , on Oct. 8, 2006 at The Westin Plaza San Francisco Airport, 1 Old Bayshore Highway, Millbrae, CA and Oct. 10 at The Summit Rm, Holiday Inn 17338 International Blvd, Seattle Wa.. IPN’s    International Brokers, Janette SJ Hernandez and Vangie A. Yia, jumpstarts the events on    September 22, 2006, giving Fil-Ams a sneak preview of DMCI Homes’ project offerings.


The highlight of the launch events is the latest DMCI Homes vacation resort residences, the Alta Vista, in the paradise island, Boracay.


Multi awarded actor, Christopher “Boyet” de Leon, will meet, greet and entertain fellow Filipinos, encouraging them to “Rebuild    their roots in the Philippines.” Boyet just recently became a proud unit owner of a    DMCI Homes development at The Cypress Towers, along C5 Road, Taguig City, just across the    booming Fort Bonifacio Global City.


Other DMCI Homes condominium projects included    in the launch are :

Raya Garden along the South Luzon Expressway in Merville, Paranaque;

The Cypress Towers along C5 Road, Taguig City, across Market Market ;

The Manors at Celebrity Place located at Capitol Drive, Quezon City;

Woodland Hills in Carmona, Cavite.


Along with the launch of DMCI’s projects, LBC Financial introduces its home financing package to Fil-Am buyers wanting to own homes    in the Philippines. The financing package allows buyers to avail of loans in California    and pay monthly amortizations in US interest rates and terms. Buyers no longer have to    remit amortization payments to the Philippines.
